As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, plan options, and technical support.
- Effectively communicate and promote Boost Mobile's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our plans and devices.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of mobile technology and devices.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Must be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
