As a Retail Sales Associate at Boost Mobile, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Customers: Helping customers find the right mobile products and services to meet their needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
- Sales and Upselling: Promoting and selling Boost Mobile products, services, and accessories, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the latest mobile devices, plans, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive, friendly environment.
- Bilingual Skills: We are looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively communicate and assist a diverse customer base.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is a great advantage.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales.
- Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of mobile devices, technology, and telecommunications.
