Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in retail and wireless sales.
- Maintain cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
