Store Manager – Boost Mobile

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain inventory, and create a positive shopping environment for customers.

Duties

• Supervise and train store staff, including Assistant Managers, to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage shift schedules to optimize staffing levels and maintain operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products to meet market demands.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in retail and wireless sales.
• Maintain cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay competitive within the industry.

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a focus on customer service excellence.
