Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock checks.
- Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the retail space.
- Supervise junior staff members when required, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in upselling, retail math, cash handling, and POS systems are highly desirable.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as communication with diverse customers is valued.
- Demonstrated ability in effective phone etiquette and customer interaction is essential.
