What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Boost Mobile Dealer?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with new and existing customers in order to determine their wireless service needs.
- Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas
- Maintain integrity of store operating procedures to include: opening, closing, inventory, point of sale paperwork/record keeping, cash management, maintaining store standards/appearance in merchandising, backroom, restroom and work area.
- Identify and implement developmental plans based on company and individual needs by establishing coaching methodologies to fit the individual and their unique opportunities and also supporting tangible performance improvements throughout the organization.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Handles all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
- Any other assigned duties for store or market goals as outlined by the District Manager, Store Manager or Sales Lead.
- Directly responsible for ensuring sales accuracy of daily cash drawer and sales accuracy with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
