Key Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of technical program managers to drive high performance.
- Develop program strategy and agile transformation roadmap for Retail Wireless Technology.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to deliver business growth products.
- Oversee program management from ideation to launch and ongoing support.
- Align delivery schedules to ensure timely and successful solution deployment.
- Communicate initiative progress, mitigate risks, and continuously improve execution processes.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- 6 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Agile processes and methodologies with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.
- Capable of balancing future planning with current project delivery in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience managing projects using Jira; telecommunications experience is a plus.
- Preferred: Master’s degree, experience with MVNOs, 5G network products, and leadership in both corporate and startup environments.
