Overview: We are seeking dynamic Sales Associates to join our team in Midland, TX. The ideal candidates are passionate about customer service and sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Assist with restocking merchandise and inventory management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a mobile phone store.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of technology sales is highly advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute or relocate to Midland, TX before starting work.
Additional Information:
- Two Sales Associates are needed for 25-40 hours per week.
- Attractive pay package with base wages of $10.00 - $12.00 per hour, plus generous commission.
- Flexible scheduling, but weekend availability is required. Expect to work one weekend day and some overlapping shifts with another associate.
Store Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM
