Job Summary Sell the organization's products/services to new or established customers typically via walk-in business and process payments for products or services. Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services, and checking for stock and availability.

Role and Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new or established customers which are typically walk-in opportunities
• Attend special training on products/services to understand the product features, trends, or styles of the products/services
• Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services, and checking for stock availability
• Process payments for products or service
• May maintain customer preference records
• Ensuring the store looks neat and clean by keeping it organized and cleaning when necessary
• Opening the store on time and following appropriate opening procedures
• Balancing at the end of the shift and completing the necessary closing steps before leaving for the day
• Assists to solicit new customers, including but not limited to social media/ online marketing, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store.

Working Conditions

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach the daily basis
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to show up on time to all shifts

Requirements/ Experience:

• Customer facing/ Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual: Spanish & English (Required)

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
