Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technical sales, and will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, territory management, and effective communication with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations that showcase our offerings.

Duties

• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
• Manage assigned territories effectively to maximize sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
• Deliver compelling product demos to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance market presence.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track sales metrics and report on progress towards goals regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or inside sales environment.
• Strong skills in lead generation and business development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with territory sales management principles.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and persuasively.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• A willingness to learn about new products and market trends is essential.
• Must be able to speak English & Spanish.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
