Stuart and Taylor here! We are a husband and wife who own and operate multiple businesses and are looking for a Personal Assistant to help tackle personal and some business tasks to keep our work-life balance in check.Â
About the job:
This is a full time, 40 hours per week, salaried position. The work schedule and environment will be hybrid, meaning you will be working remotely but some tasks/errands will need to be done in person. You may meet weekly at Executives’ home, businesses or even third party locations like coffee shops as needed.Â
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Calendar management; scheduling business and personal appointments for both business owners, together and separately, while ensuring no conflicts.
- Travel arrangements; booking flights, hotels, car service, ordering event tickets, etc. including cancellations and refunds.
- Research, phone calls, emails and follow up where needed for both personal and business.
- When needed, commute to various locations and run personal errands; shipping mail/packages, returns, grocery/supplies shopping, order pick up, drop off items at business headquarters or home office, etc.Â
- Develop lists and make online purchases of household groceries and supplies as well as ordering, delivering or shipping gifts for Executives’ friends and family.Â
- Managing personal service accounts and billing.
- Household and Auto management; scheduling/coordinating services, repairs, etc.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Executive Assistant & multiple business teams on all projects where needed.Â
- Take meetings on behalf of Executives’ and their respective business’ with ability to report any and all important points and detailsÂ
- Data entry, spreadsheets, and creating documents.
- General administrative tasks such as eFiling and document management.Â
- Event planning both personally and professionally which includes all planning, coordination, backend organization, invoicing, budget control, event carry out and follow through.
- DIY projects for events and giftingÂ

Requirements:Â
- BYOO (Bring your own office) - Have your own computer/phone and fast, reliable internet connection when working remotely.
- Ability to work remotely anywhere, including your own home office, Executives’ home, business office, or business event location.
- 40 hours per week; available during normal business hours and flexible on evenings and weekends to adjust last minute change of plans or urgencies.
- Recent experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant or administrative support, reporting to one or more Executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
Nice to have:
- Experience using cloud-based communication and project management software such as Slack, GSuite, Asana,Monday, etc
