About the role :
As a Principal Product Designer, you will research, prototype, design, and ship web and mobile applications that unlock Skydio hardware’s potential across a wide array of inspection, industrial, construction, public safety, and defense use cases. You will work directly with the Sr. Director of Product Design, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to understand our customers' most pressing needs and build incredible cross-platform experiences.
Location : This is an office-based position that requires 3 days / week onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA. We offer relocation assistance if needed.

Compensation : At Skydio, our compensation packages for full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of options, comprehensive benefits, and various incentives and stipends. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000 (dependent on final leveling).
