Social Media Manager

booster is a platform that helps collegiate athletes monetize their personal brands. We are growing our Instagram presence and need a social media manager to oversee daily content and engagement. With March Madness 2025 coming up, we need someone who release daily Instagram stories during the tournament.

This role is perfect for someone who understands social media strategy, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to engage sports fans and athletes.

• Oversee daily Instagram content, including statics, carousels, stories, and reels.
• Assist with March Madness coverage, ensuring consistent Instagram stories per day throughout the tournament.
• Work with the content team to develop engagement strategies that drive follower growth.
• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and athlete interactions to foster community engagement.
• Stay updated on NCAA trends, athlete culture, and viral sports content to keep booster relevant.
  

• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, engagement strategies, and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and adjust content strategy as needed.
• Passion for sports, athlete branding, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing trends.
  

• Basic video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.
• Experience managing sports-related social media accounts.
  

• Freelance or part-time role with flexible hours.
• Must be available to manage content and engagement daily during March Madness.
