Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships, driving sales success, and making a tangible difference in school fundraising? Join us as a Fundraising Consultant on the Sports & Groups team and play a pivotal role in supporting middle and high schools in reaching their fundraising goals. In this position, you will work closely with school administrators, coaches, band directors, and more, serving as a trusted advisor to enhance their fundraising success. Be a key player in driving our growth as we support schools and communities across the nation.
How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s fundraising goals and challenges, and offer tailored solutions to empower them.
- Collaborate with school administrators and key stakeholders to foster strong relationships, guiding them through the fundraising process.
- Host engaging in-person kickoff events, motivating students and staff, while confidently addressing questions and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and ensure the seamless implementation of fundraising campaigns.
- Proactively prospect new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and event participation to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent Booster and promote our fundraising solutions.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- 2-3 years of experience in client management, sales, or fundraising, ideally within the education or nonprofit sectors
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and event organization skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% within your assigned territory
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for understanding client data and metrics
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a keen eye for detail

Pay: Base pay $45,000-$50,000 commissions
