Position Summary:
This role will oversee the program review of a large-scale project of Head Start, Early Head Start, and Child Care Partnership grants. Develop and implement a customized review strategy to improve the specificity of review data gathered and provide strategies for follow-up review support for all Regional Offices that must be reviewed during their 5-year grant cycle.
Position Requirements:
• Provide oversight and direction for the entire project.
• Ensure the project’s objectives are aligned with the OHS’s needs and goals.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and senior leadership within the organization.
• Take responsibility for the overall performance of the contract, including meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Make high-level decisions about resource allocation, risks, and project scope.
Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on high-value or government contracts.
• Experience with government grants and program reviews.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and risk management.
• Project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Contract and compliance knowledge.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
