Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of open positions, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles and specialized positions.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for specialized positions (e.g., executive leadership, engineers, inspectors) through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications and match them with appropriate job openings.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Experience in the Public Sector and Specialized Recruitment are required.
- Experience in identifying and sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles, such as executive leadership, engineers, and inspectors referred.
- Proven ability to source and identify qualified candidates for specialized positions.
- Ability to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to colaborate with internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
