Job Summary :
The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of open positions, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles and specialized positions at the airport authority.
Responsibilities :
- Source and identify qualified candidates for specialized positions (e.g., Administrative, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Maintenance, Corporate Communications, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and Public Safety) through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications and match them with appropriate job openings.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
