Warehouse / Packaging Operator

Bootstrap Brewing is a young, fun, growing brewery in Colorado that’s looking for a Warehouse Operator that will also work part-time as a Packaging Operator. This individual must be passionate about beer and our beer culture, quality focused, safety driven, have high attention to detail, and be team-oriented to join our Bootstrap team. We work hard and play hard and want this individual to be social and fun.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with great organizational skills to help manage the Warehouse including Shipping/Receiving along with helping the Packaging Team. This individual will perform the following functions:

· Perform accurate counts of all packaged products received from the Packaging Team

· Prep and organize pallets in the cooler for shipment to customers

· Set up truck deliveries to ship product to our Distributors in a timely manner

· Perform accurate monthly inventory of all production items in the Warehouse

· Maintain a clean and safe Warehouse environment

· Help the Packaging Team with canning and packaging

· Be on time and reliable attendance

Additional Requirements

· Capable of loading pallets of beer and kegs onto trucks and into our company van using a pallet jack and/or forklift

· Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record to occasionally drive the company van to deliver cases/kegs to Distributors

· Must be willing to work the occasional weekend, evening and/or early morning shift as required

· Will be required to help in production with canning and packaging

· Must be computer savvy and capable of working with excel spreadsheets and brewery software

· Able to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and also work independently without supervision

· Have awesome communication skills with people

· Adheres to quality workmanship and is detail-oriented

· Requires ability to lift and move objects that weigh up to 55lbs with the occasional lifting/moving of 165lb kegs

· Must be able to twist/turn, reach over shoulders, bend/stoop and stand/walk on a continual basis

· Work in a hot/cold, wet environment

· Forklift certified preferred (will train if not certified)

· Loves to drink beer, talk beer and listen to rock and roll!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
