Private Family Office Controller

Role:

• Provide ongoing operational and strategic leadership input across the various family office concerns and provide a comprehensive view of the families’ personal and business affairs through relevant financial and management reporting.
• Oversee and manage the preparation of quarterly net worth statements and consolidated financial statements of various family-owned operating entities and investment holding companies.
• Prepare cash flows and projections for family members and trusts to ensure liquidity needs are met.
• Supervise day-to-day management of the accounts payable function for vendor management and other services.
• Coordinate and work closely with the tax manager for tax return preparation and compliance.
• Track status of, manage, and deliver significant ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience from a single or multi family office.
• Tax background and CPA licensed is highly desirable.
