We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent looking to grow in the fitness industry. MUST have some proof on your social media pages to show that you take the gym seriously. As a front desk agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the facility and services offered.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized files and records related to guest services and reservations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for scheduling, calendar management, and communication with team members.
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
