Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting technical skill sets such as engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or aerospace
- Experience using modern recruiting tools to research, identify, and engage passive talent to fill both active roles and opportunity hires
- Experience with executive search for technical positions
- Experience with research heavy roles to find candidates
- Ability to identify issues within the recruitment process that result in candidate withdrawals, delays, or issues and suggest potential solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate to candidates the benefits of working for DARPA, generating excitement throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience acting as a career coach and resource to staff within the organization looking to leverage particular expertise or connection
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to build lasting connections with key technical talent of interest to DARPA
