Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10 years of experience as a Submarine commissioned officer, including Submarine Squadron, Immediate Superior in Charge (ISIC), or Type Commander tour
- Experience as a Commanding Officer of a U.S. submarine
- Experience with operational planning (OPLAN) and Operational Availability (Ao) for submarines within the Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Knowledge of submarine mission planning and mine warfare planning
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Submarine Warfare Officer Certification
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Submarine Force training systems and delivery
- Experience with submarine deployment and mission readiness requirements
- Experience with IT integration, software development, or risk management framework (RMF)
- Knowledge of Submarine Maintenance planning and standards
- Knowledge of Submarine unmanned systems and Seabed Warfare (SSW)
- Knowledge of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development
