As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available. You’ll provide your customers with insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skill set in areas like virtualization. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. You Have
- 12 years of experience working in a professional environment
- 5 years of experience in Linux automation, Ansible, or RHEL Satellite and enterprise
- Experience scripting including bash, Powershell, python, SQL, or Java
- Experience with vulnerability, compliance, and mitigation for Linux
- Experience in implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and automating large network backup processes and systems
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with DevOps
- AWS Certification
