Administrative Coordinator, Mid As an Administrative Coordinator, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and its imperative to keep the project on a productive path. Thats why we need you, an Administrative Coordinator who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, youll assist the Program Manager with high-level program administration and coordination to support a fast-paced program of distributed technical teams. The Administrative Coordinator manages scheduling, coordinating, and planning meetings, travel, briefings, conferences, and other high-priority program engagements with key stakeholders. Youll be responsible for interfacing with vendors, potential program customers, and other government stakeholders to schedule capability briefings and assist in the development and maintenance of current marketing material, including presentation decks and slick sheets. The real impact of the Administrative Coordinator and manager comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Work with us and help make sure our client accomplishes its program goals as we look to enable scalability and efficiency with a strong experienced coordinator who brings structure and organization. 2 years of experience in a coordinating or planning role with a focus on planning, logistics, scheduling, and communications Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint Ability to assist in writing, drafting, editing, and proofreading reports and products Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 50% of the time Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Experience with program and project management Experience with marketing, accounting, or event planning Experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Teams Experience planning and executing travel for a group Bachelors degree Our offerings include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.As part of the application process, you are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments.
