Developer and Business Analyst

Key Role:

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications. Provide end-user support for the implementation and usage of business intelligence systems. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience building low code or no code solutions to business intelligence and mission requirements using tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, or Tableau

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2019 or 365, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions

• Experience promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by improving integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems

• Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions

• Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS

• Ability to create data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements in COTS tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience with development, or 7 years of experience with development in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python

• Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
