The Opportunity:

As a Human Capital Consultant, you will blend functional expertise of human capital with general management consulting skills to provide actionable recommendations on business process improvements, best practices, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, an experienced consultant who knows how to analyze your customer’s operations and use your specialized human capital experience to help them identify challenges and solutions to achieve mission success.

You’ll work closely with your client and key stakeholders to develop an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present recommendations and options for achieving their vision.

You Have:

• 2 years of experience working with leadership or project management in a professional or military environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience solving complex problems with multiple stakeholders using both traditional and innovative solutions
• Ability to prepare and brief clients on human capital and business topics and develop visuals using Tableau and SharePoint
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Psychology or Social Science field

Nice If You Have:

• Ability to support multiple initiatives and balance resources and time to meet iterative requirements and changing priorities
• Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
