What You'll Do:
As an IT PM, you will:
Work directly with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional team support, planning, collaboration, and execution tasks are aligned with program and project goals
Empower our clients through effective communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards
Engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress
Leverage Agile methodologies to lead client engagement sessions in support of development planning and execution
Write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings
Assess current processes and provide recommendations for gained efficiency, automation, and improvement, as well as defining new processes to help our clients meet their objectives

You Have:
6 years of experience with project management in DoD, performing within a project and program management capacity
Experience in technical and project management supporting medium to large-scale DoD Information Technology (IT) projects or programs, vendor management & oversight, including assessing risk, cost, schedule, and performance
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including creating pivot tables in Excel
Ability to gather, document, analyze, and manage data from disparate sources and communicate results through reports and charts
Ability to develop actionable plans to achieve outcome-driven results by summarizing and presenting technical information in documentation or reports
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment and lead effectively in a virtual environment with a geographically disbursed team
Ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across functional workstreams

Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting Navy IT programs or operations and an understanding of the Navy organizational structure
Experience supporting or managing mobility technologies, including Apple iOS, Samsung Android, or Google Android
Experience supporting or managing cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Intune
Knowledge of Hardware as a Service best practices and technologies
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions
Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance management to ensure that projects support appropriate risk standards and compliance requirements
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include communicating to a senior audience
ITIL Foundations Certification, SAFe Program Consultant Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
