As a Joint Fires Liaison Officer, you’ll bring your tactical and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in mission support requirements and Joint Fires support on projects. You’ll use your skills and expertise as you develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support client initiatives that facilitate joint fires and effects.

You Have:

• Experience as the command unit JTAC Program Manager overseeing multiple units

• Knowledge of live and synthetic environment training for Joint Fires

• Ability to manage JTACs, including providing employment instruction, evaluations, and coordination or execution of Close Air Support (CAS) exercises

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• JTAC Instructor Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as a Senior Fire Support Leader and Advisor

• Knowledge of multiple spectrums of communications and target marking equipment, including PRC-117, 152, 161, and 163, Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK), Handheld Link 16 Radio, Handheld Laser Marker (HLM), IR markers, and Laser designators

• Ability to provide critical guidance, capability information, and asset coordination for SMU Commander

• JTAC Evaluator Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
