What are the responsibilities and job description for the Language Program Coordinator position at Booz Allen?
Key Role:
Oversee travel preparation, scheduling, and execution for culture and language immersion travel for over 250 participants a year. Recruit participants for language intensive training events. Manage theater and country clearance for each participant from over 20 countries and ensure participants complete force protection requirements. Liaise with language vendors, embassy personnel, and training partner points of contact regarding country clearance, force protection procedures, travel arrangements, and other details of the immersion. Oversee completion of status protections paperwork. Advise participants on foreign clearance guide and Defense Travel System matters. Maintain accountability using the Language Enabled Airmen Development Resource. Review and enter scheduling and registration requests for online language program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in a professional work environment
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Defense Travel System
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
