Using Java technologies and Agile life cycle development, you’ll build and sustain vital applications for Veterans Affairs. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:
1 years of experience as a software developer or software engineer
Experience with building applications for Android or iOS
Experience with Java, JavaScript, Java Beans, JSP, JMS, J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate, CSS, DHTML, HTML, or XML
Experience with Swagger Specification
Experience with containerization tools Kubernetes or Docker
Experience with Jira
Knowledge of architecture styles and APIs, including SOAP, REST, or RPC
Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with FHIR
Experience with SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose
Experience with screen and device lifecycle management
Experience with architectural patterns, such as MVVM or MVC
Experience with Firebase, Python, and Google Analytics
Experience with AWS, IaaS, and PaaS
Knowledge of 508 Compliance requirements
Knowledge of Agile frameworks
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
