That’s why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

You’ll use your programmatic experience with technical drafting or editing of documents, such as test plans, meeting notes, action item lists, and supporting various program office data calls and updating agendas and finalizing details for various events. You’ll use tools and resources, such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and Navy specific databases, such as NEPS and TEMPR, to create and update program slides and Gantt Charts, including status briefings for the Division, Department, and Command levels. Work with us and help make sure our client accomplishes its project goals within budget as we improve the effectiveness of our warfighters.

You Have:

• 5 years of experience with providing programmatic, financial, or administrative support

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to create accurate documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings

• Ability to respond to requests that require quick turn-around

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting DoD, NAVSEA, or NSWC PCD programs, especially in Expeditionary Maneuvers

• Experience with program and financial management support in a government contracting environment

• Experience using NEPS or TEMPR

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
