The Opportunity:

As a Project Management Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Project Management Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the DoD. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Office and regular interactions with SMEs, customers, and project analysts.

You will provide project management support to government clients addressing the cost, schedule, and performance of C4I and stand-alone network procurement, deployment, implementation, and maintenance across new and existing sites worldwide. You'll maintain project spending plans, support budget submissions, create and manage stakeholder task letters, generate briefing materials, memorandums, and annual stakeholder agreements, and provide strategic support of classified and unclassified material and services. You will coordinate with and brief functional Program Office and government subject matter experts to address project status, performance, risks, and mitigations in support of government clients.

You Have:

• 7 years of experience as project or program management support within the DoD

• Experience in Microsoft Office tools, such as Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or Word

• Experience developing project scope documents, project timetables, and documents to provide to Project Managers

• Knowledge of government contracting and acquisition process

• Ability to provide informational briefs and projects for clients addressing key issues and chances impacting expected project results

• Ability to deliver comprehensive programmatic support by providing oversight on project schedules, coordinating client meetings, researching, and assigning and tracking tasks in accordance with project requirements

• Ability to assist with Configuration Management tasks and documentation reviews

• Ability to collect, edit, and format weekly highlights and milestones in a fast-paced, multi-layered program office and display flexibility, initiative, and innovation in ambiguous and fast-paced situations

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in SAP and classified environments

• Experience working with procurement, deployment, and maintenance of C4I or classified communications systems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
