The Opportunity:

An effective ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance ) technology development project requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned project manager who can ensure our ISR technology development program achieves success.

As a lead project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful projects by guiding the effort. Our client will trust you to organize and coordinate project objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in this area, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

• 15 years of experience with intelligence collection and analysis

• 15 years of experience with independent operating in foreign and often austere environments

• Experience supporting classified ISR technology efforts

• Ability to train personnel on emerging unattended ground sensor installation, maintenance, and application into existing tactics, training, and procedures

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience linking ISR technology to the tactical user

• Experience developing and integrating architectures for emerging technologies

• Experience guiding the application and employment of emerging ISR technologies

• Master's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
