This role is more than just coding. As a Quality Assurance Developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• 2 years of experience with writing test plans, test cases, and executing automated test scripts

• 2 years of experience with developing and configuring automated test scripts and maintaining automated tests and test environments

• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle and implementing incremental automation test scripts in an Agile team cadence

• Knowledge of automation tools, including Selenium, UFT, and industry best practices, to successfully integrate in a client development environment

• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with configuring test scripts to support cross-browser testing

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
