You Have:
3 years of experience as an Agilist leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
Experience with agile methodologies and techniques in a software delivery and data environment
Experience working directly with government clients
Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
Experience with setting up sprints, running agile ceremonies, creating and running reports
Ability to support a technical delivery lead with priority, blockers, and communications
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with SAFe
Knowledge of IT project management
Knowledge of Combatant Commands and Department of Defense
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
