What are the responsibilities and job description for the Subcontracts Administrator position at Booz Allen?
Key Role:
Identify, manage, escalate, and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the procurement life cycle in support of prime contract requirements, operational goals, and business strategy by effectively partnering with other functional groups, including Legal, Contracts, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, and others. Create and issue requests for proposals. Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct price analyses. Negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, license agreement, terms, and conditions. Create small business subcontracting plans. Administer subcontracts, modifications, and task orders while flowing down appropriate prime contract and agency regulations and ensuring compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and Booz Allen policies.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with subcontracts administration or procurement
Experience with supporting proposals in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Knowledge of various contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Time and Materials (T&M), or Indefinite-Delivery and Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) types
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, or Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with financial analysis
Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree in Business Administration a plus
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
NCMA Contracting Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
