You Have:
5 years of experience in a professional engineering NASA or commercial aerospace environment
Experience working in a large integrated delivery team of technical experts across multiple disciplines
Knowledge of systems engineering life cycle development processes
Ability to communicate with key stakeholders and high-level executives
Ability to develop and maintain project schedule and timeline to help ensure task and project milestones are met
Ability to develop briefings, system engineering management plans and program milestone review plans
Public Trust
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of NASA or DoD systems engineering processes and procedures
Ability to develop Concept of Operations, requirements, or Verification and Validation plans
Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional or Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
