As a Training Development Assistant on our team, you’ll help provide on-site, in-person instruction for our U.S. Marine Corps partners to assist them accomplish their signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic warfare (EW), Cyberspace Operations, and tactical communications training and mission objectives. You’ll expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions to support intelligence and multi-domain operations.

Be empowered to tap into your tactical and technical skills, creativity, and experience in SIGINT, EW, cyberspace operations, and tactical communications to help develop, manage, and deliver training using the U.S. Marine Corps' Systems Approach to Training and other service, community, or unit-level training processes to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.

You know communication is key, so you’ll meet with U.S. Marine Corps intelligence SMEs, instructors, and technical experts to enhance learning materials, training and readiness manuals, and incorporate feedback. To ensure your client's solutions are hitting the mark, you’ll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies and fine-tune training for maximum impact. You’ll be able to employ your leadership skills as you share your expertise through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

• 5 years of experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic warfare (EW), or Cyberspace Operations, within a U.S. Marine Corps or joint-service setting

• Experience in training design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies

• Knowledge of U.S. Marine Corps orders, Training and Readiness manuals, and doctrinal publications and references

• Ability to develop scenario-driven exercises simulating operational challenges and integrate lessons learned processes

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for coordination with battalion-level or higher staffs and formal presentation of recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Communications

• Completion of the U.S. Marine Corps Formal Schools Instructor Course, Curriculum Developers Course, or equivalent

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,700.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
