- Lead and oversea the performance of a portfolio of retail branches (including 8-20 employees), ensuring they achieve sales, service, and operational excellence
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within the region to expand our reach and strengthen community connections, optimising financial performance
- Coach and mentor branch leaders to create a high-performing customer centric culture
- Manage large complex retail and business banking balance sheets across multi-site locations
- Embrace change and innovation to support the banks transformational journey
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and deliver on regional goals
