Are you an experienced Branch Manager or Retail Banking Region Manager who is ready to dive into an ever evolving and innovative bank, eager to make a lasting impact? BOQ Group is looking for a passionate and dynamic leader, to lead our retail branch in Mackay and help drive the acceleration of digitalisation and transforming retail bank!

As the Executive Branch Manager, you’ll play a critical role in this transformation, shaping the future of our branch network while empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, portfolio growth and operational excellence.

As the Executive Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversea the performance of a portfolio of retail branches (including 8-20 employees), ensuring they achieve sales, service, and operational excellence
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within the region to expand our reach and strengthen community connections, optimising financial performance
  • Coach and mentor branch leaders to create a high-performing customer centric culture
  • Manage large complex retail and business banking balance sheets across multi-site locations
  • Embrace change and innovation to support the banks transformational journey
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and deliver on regional goals
