Supervisor - Solar Operations and Maintenance

YOUR PROFILE   Reporting to the USA Solar Operations Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of solar farm operations in California. In addition, the site supervisor is responsible for establishing site and individual goals, adhering to the site budget, including disciplinary actions, annual reviews and act as role model in field environment to ensure all procedures are followed as required.    YOUR RESPONSABILITIES   Responsible for providing general supervision & development of all employees at the site, daily schedules, and assignments for work activities Responsible for all QC activity on site, performing QC Assessments of work by Technicians Responsible for all safety aspects at the site, including Safety Walks (Site Audits) in the field maintenance standards and safety documentation, including tailgate meetings and energy isolation lists (LOTO) Responsible for data collection, work order processing, and summary reports Use technical knowledge and experience to optimize site performance, troubleshoot solar equipment to find root cause of failure, fix down equipment with Solar Technicians Monitor retention ponds and drainage systems Create and carry out job quality plans, JHAs, and SOP development, support, and management Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, improvements Provides guidance, training, and direction to subordinates, including setting site and individual goals, and performance standards   YOUR QUALIFICATIONS    5 years of relevant experience in a leadership position ideally in the renewable energy industry (Utility Scale) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and Maximo (preferred) Experience with systems monitoring to ensure that the solar facility is producing properly Experience with regulatory filings including EIA and FERC

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
