- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and entryways.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and events to effectively inform guests.
