Accounts Payable Position
A chemical distribution company is seeking a detail oriented multi task individual in the Accounting Office
A strong Accounting background is needed with at least 2-3 years experience.
The individual must also be able to adapt to a
Specialized computer program.
Must be proficient in Excel
Associate degree or equivalent preferred especially in Accounting Courses
Responsibilities include:
Match up Incoming Invoices and enter in Computer system
Responsible for weekly check runs and ACH Payments
Update Cash Flow Reports
Prepare hourly payroll data for payroll company
Process Credit Card Payments
Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliations
Experience with General Ledgers and posting of entries
Accrue Invoices for month end and annual audit
Back up person for A/R Invoicing and A/R entries
Process Sales Commissions payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
