Attention all security guards in the Cleveland,TX region! We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing and monitoring the job site (i.e. building) and deter any unauthorized individuals. This opportunity provides a flexible work schedule and the possibility of overtime, when available.
Applicants MUST HAVE A VEHICLE, be at least 18-years of age, reliable and willing to work on-site independently for prolonged periods of time. No prior experience required. Guard Card certification is required upon employment.
To be considered for this position you must have a clean criminal background record, reliable transportation to get to the job site and a working cell phone for clocking in.
## Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of approved vehicles or people in the property
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Alert local law enforcement in the event of criminal activity such as theft, vandalism or contact with hostile individuals.
## Skills
- Strong conflict management skills
- Understanding of loss prevention techniques
- Possession of relevant security certificates
