Job Summary
Performs a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financials tasks; keeps financial records updated and prepares reports. Uses SAP and Excel to process business transactions. Prepares general ledger postings and reconciles accounts. Provides assistance and support to customers.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Provides accounting and clerical support to the Financial Accounting Department.
- Prepares and maintains accounting documents and records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepares and posts accurate general ledger entries.
- Reconciles general ledger accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provides assistance and support to customers.
- Monitors and delegates, the team's shared email inbox.
- Compiles monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
