Job Summary

The Branch Support Center Intern will develop a solid understanding of the department they are in and the overall business. The internship aims to provide our Interns with challenging, real-world projects specific to their career path. They will work within their department on day-to-day projects including, but not limited to, activities related to process improvement, project management, data support, reporting, documentation, and other assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Works within the department on day-to-day projects.Builds relationships through meetings, events, and one-on-ones with various employee-owners and leaders.Collaborates with various departments throughout the company.Department Responsibilities

Works as part of the Creative Services team, writing and editing content for internal and external communications.Utilizes AP Style writing and possesses strong editing and proofreading skills.Ensures integrity of company brand by adhering to visual and verbal identity and guidelines.Advocates and communicates in ways that emulate our Ownership Essentials and brand promise.Non-essential Functions

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.Qualifications

Current student or new graduate (within last year) in a two or four-year degree program.Strong knowledge of business office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry / keyboarding skills, and communication systems helpful.Requires strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and OneNote).Skills and Abilities

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong reading comprehension abilities.Ability to effectively plan and organize.Excellent customer service skills, including being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged.Ability to work as a group or independently with minimal direction.Physical Requirements
