Job Description
Border States Paving, Inc. is seeking an Articulating Haul Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for operating an articulating haul truck to transport materials on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
Seasonal position approximately April-Nov
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an articulating haul truck to transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, equipment operators, and ground crew.
- Site conditions to navigate safely in various terrains.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the haul truck.
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating an articulating haul truck or similar heavy equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of safe equipment operation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with changing conditions.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Salary:
$27.65/hr plus $17.99/hr fringe(goes towards health insurance and pension)
