Responsibilities
- Researches and resolves customer issues.
- Creates and processes adjustments.
- Processes customer refund requests.
- Research, resolve and manage customer credit balance reports.
- Revenue reporting and month-end system close processing.
- Manage the buying of casings and wheels.
- Receive casings and wheels when inventory is bought in Madden Co.
- Bill Penske Scrap out.
- Create Delivery Receipts (DR) in Madden Co. for Michelin and Hankook National Account.
- Obtain purchase orders.
- File Government Sales (GS) Claims.
- Manage National Account Billing (NAB) Menu.
- Reconcile credits received from Michelin and Hankook.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff.
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
