What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Lead position at Borealis Breads?
Looking for a production lead to oversee the production of Artisan, hand shaped sour dough breads. Must have experience in bread production and past management experience is a plus. As production lead you will need to learn all the aspects of the bread process, from mixing the dough, shaping and baking the bread finishing off with the slicing and bagging of the bread for delivery. Focusing on quality, consistency, and efficiency with our products and treating coworkers with kindness and respect. Health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and shares in an employee-owned bakery. Hours vary but every Saturday and Tuesday off.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
