Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow

- Utilize POS system to track sales, manage inventory, and generate reports
- Supervise bakery staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
