What You Will Do :

Research and outreach to potential content partners on Threads, Instagram and other social platforms.
Negotiate and close partnership deals that optimize reach, engagement, and traffic generation.
Continuously analyze market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities on emerging social platforms.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with content partners, ensuring mutual value and performance optimization.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring they understand expectations, deliverables, and performance goals.
Provide ongoing support and insights to help partners improve their content’s performance.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships using traffic and engagement data.
Generate performance reports, identifying successes, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the analytics and monetization teams to align partnership strategies with revenue goals.

What We Expect :

3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, social media growth, or digital content distribution.

Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing content partnerships that drive traffic and engagement.

Strong understanding of Threads, Instagram, Twitter (X), and other emerging social platforms from a partnership perspective.

Experience in negotiating and closing deals with content creators, influencers, or media partners.

Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret traffic data, engagement metrics, and optimize partnerships accordingly.

Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics to maximize reach.

Solid project management skills – ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously without losing efficiency.

Creative problem solver – ability to identify innovative ways to grow Bored Panda’s audience through partnerships.
