Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying and traditional brush methods.
- Paint bore equipment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks related to assembly and painting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Understand and apply color theory to achieve desired results in painting projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial painting or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with painting and true assembly techniques.
- Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities accurately.
